Brynne was inspired by my co worker…Brynne. To sum it up, she’s a Gem, that’s why she gets a Diamond pattern on her hat.

Right Twists (RT) and Left Twists (LT) are used to create the diamond pattern. The diamonds gradually get smaller as the hat knits up.

Size:
Small: fits up to a circumference of 21”
Large: fits up to a circumference of 24”

Yarn:
The pattern calls for a worsted weight yarn. I used Malabrigo Rios in both Melon (for the small hat) and Living Coral (for the large)

Needles:
4.00mm and 5.00mm on a 16” cord
5.00mm DPN’s, or needles and a 40” cord for magic loop

Gauge:
18 sts / 4”

Additional Materials Needed:
-Stitch Markers (up to 8)
-Scissors
-Pompom (if desired. I use Rose and Purl pompoms. They are AMAZING! The one I used for this hat is the ‘Calico’ colour.
