Using cleverly slipped stitches and only one color worked per round, BTE has an easy-to-memorize pattern and can be worked up in a day or two for some instant gratification or last-minute gifting.

The sample was knit with Blue Sky Fibers Bulky, 45 yards (41 m) / 100 grams.

The Main Color (MC) is the color of the vertical ribs. Contrast Colors (CC) A and B make up the tweed pattern. CC B is used for the ribbing. Yardages given are approximations.
