Inspired by vintage baby bloomers, these knitted Bubble Baby Bloomers are oh so cute and quite an easy project that doesn’t require much yarn. Perfect shorts for summer or change the yarn for merino wool and wear them with stockings in the fall as well :)

This pattern features easy instructions for the Bubble stitch pattern and the bloomers with multiple sizes to choose from. There are instructions for a knitted ribbon for the waistband or you can use any pretty ribbon there as well.

These bloomers were handmade and designed with comfort and detail in mind.

Materials needed:

1-3 skeins of some baby yarn, Sandnes Garn Mandarin Petit used (1 skein for newborn size, 2-3 skeins for bigger sizes)
circular US 3 / 3.0mm needles and 3 small buttons for baby sizes.
