Small hat fits 15-18”/38-45cm head (baby to toddler)
Medium hat fits 18-21”/45-53cm head (toddler to young child)

Needles:
Size US4/3.5mm circular needles for ribbing and cast on edge
Size US6/4mm circular needles for body of hat
Size US6/4mm double pointed needles for top of hat decreases
Recommended 16” or longer length circular needles for any size, or double pointed needles for size small
