This hat fits an adult head it is a slightly slouchy fit.

I wet blocked to flatten the crown and dried on a mannequin head but a balloon or suitable bowl would suffice.

a 2.75 mm needle was used but it isn’t that critical.

Great option for bits of fingering yarn.
