Crochet Bucket Bag

Materials:

Any 4 ply yarn. I used Impeccable (loops & threads) 804 yards, 3 skeins
Size 5 crochet hook
Yard of linen fabric
Sharp large needle for sewing lining to crochet bag and crochet pieces
Snap for closure
Leather strap - Some are pre-cut and sold in craft stores (faux) or you can buy leather at any fabric store & cut it any size you wish (use a rotary cutter & mat for a sharp edge)
Hole puncher or a puncher from a craft store (for attaching the strap to the bag)

Abbreviations:

ss slip stitch
st stitch
ch chain stitch
hdc half double chain
dc double chain
nxt next
R round

Notes:

This pattern does not include instructions for the square (main part of bag) The square pattern is from The Granny Square Book by Margaret Hubert. The square name is: Butterfly Garden Square.

Any square can be used for this pattern. The dimensions of the squares need to be width: 9.5 in (24cm), Height: 9.5 in (24cm)
