These are fun, Renaissance and Pirate-inspired gloves, perfect for colder days or shorter sleeves.

The cuffs are worked back and forth in a basketweave pattern that is great for those variegated yarns that you don’t know what to do with! The rest of the gloves are then picked up and knit in the round. The size is variable as one just needs to make the cuffs to fit the wrist.

One pair was made using one skein of Malabrigo Worsted.
