About The Design:
As I began working on the first tote sample, in this design, I thought a purse would be nice to do as well.

Then, I decided to offer 2 buckle options and 2 color options, so that knitters can further personalize their bag. I love to work up designs that have many options!

The cable and seed stitch pattern adds dimension and texture.

The yarn I used for these bags is Bartlettyarns Fisherman Bulky wool yarn, for the bag body, and Bartlettyarns 2-ply wool yarn, used double, for the straps.

The bag is fulled in the washer and dryer, before adding the straps.

By all means, don’t limit yourself to the colors I’ve chosen. The Fisherman Bulky comes in 11 colors and the 2-ply comes in 74 solids, heathers and raggs. Make subtle or colorful bags, to your pleasing!
