Nature inspired, stranded colorwork combined with simple construction makes for a fun and wearable cowl. Choose a main color and five contrast colors (or ten!) to knit the project of your dreams.

Nice to Know:
Pattern is worked in the round as a long tube that is then connected at the end of the pattern.

The pattern is intended to begin with a provisional cast on and then joined in the end with either a three needle bind off or grafted with a kitchener stitch. If you prefer not to do this, you can simply do a long tail cast on and sew the ends together (to join the tube) when finished.

The stranded colorwork is shown in chart form only. It is not written out. But this is a very easy 4-stitch repetitive sequence.

Size:
About 30 inches in circumference after the ends are attached 8.5 inches (21.5 cm) deep (fabric doubled)

Yarn:
Any fingering weight yarn of your choice in the following amounts:

Main Color- 343m/375yds
Plus:
Five Contrast Colors- 73m/80yds each, also in fingering weight
