This pattern is for the modifications to make the Buddy the Elf version of Susan B Anderson’s Tiny Top-down Pullover Sweater and Cardigan. You will need to have Susan’s pattern to be able to complete this project as I have only included the changes I made.

Note I used size US 6 needles but you could probably use US 7s as Susan suggests in her pattern
