Yarn
Regular Tote (ladybug version): 175-200 yards worsted weight yarn in choice of colors

Sample Yarns: Red Heart Super Saver Turqua, Cherry, Black, White, Bright Yellow, Pumpkin

Large Tote (bumblebee version): 300-325 yards super bulky weight yarn in choice of colors
Note: worsted weight yarn could be used by holding 3 strands together when making the bag.

Sample Yarns: Lion Brand Hometown USA - 1 skein (81 yards) Madision Mustard, 1 skein (81 yards) Pittsburgh Yellow, 2 skeins (160 yards) South Dakota Black, 20 yards New York White, Small amount of Cinncinatti Red
Red Heart Super Saver Purple Tones (for the top of the bag)
Crochet Hooks: H (5mm), N/M (9mm)
Notions: Yarn needle for weaving in ends, stitch marker, 2 small black buttons for eyes, sewing needle, black thread

Measurements
Regular: 11.5” across x 6” tall (measured flat, not including handle)
Large 17” across x 15” tall (measured flat, not including handle)
Gauge: not necessary for this project but provided for comparison.
4” with an H hook = 13 rounds hdc x 13 hdc sts; 4” with a 9mm hook and super bulky yarn = 8 rounds hdc x 8.5 hdc sts
