Building Brick Soap Saver
Do you have a little one who loves to build with plastic building bricks? Or maybe a not-so-little loved one who never outgrew them? The Building Brick Soap Saver is the perfect gift! It is not compatible with all major brands, but it will save you time, money, and hassle!
It’s designed to make bath time fun and also save your soap from being wasted or making messes when not in use. Soap won’t slip out of their hands, melt on the side of the tub, or get lost once it becomes too small to easily hold on to. Plus, since the bag is its own built-in distraction, it makes bathing little ones quick and easy!
-Difficulty: 2.5/5 (Based on the recommendations of my testers)
-Recommended yarn: Sugar ‘n Cream, or similar medium (4) weight cotton, approx 1 oz.
-Recommended hook size: H(5.00 mm), or as recommended by yarn manufacturer
-Finished Dimensions: Approx 2½” x 5½” x 2”
(Approx 6.5cm x 14 cm x 5 cm)
-Gauge: 7 sc = 2” / 5 cm, 4 rows sc = 1¼” / 3 cm
Perfect gauge is not very important to this project; however a size check is provided at end of row 6 for reference.
This is a written crochet pattern with a full page of photos at the end for reference.
Due to the nature of patterns, no returns can be made; however I am happy to provide pattern support on ravelry or facebook, so please ask if you’re stuck!
