Do you (or someone you love) love Pokemon? Maybe you also love Star Wars? I’ve made a pretty minimalist Bulbasaur pattern - which I myself decorated into a pun on BobaFett.

The yarn itself isn’t of much concern, as this was done in amigurumi (in the round) style. As long as you can get a nice, tight stitch. I myself typically use a G or F crochet hook, but feel free to use a size you’re comfortable with. I also used just random yarn I had in my stash, and the yarn shouldn’t have much of an issue either.
