This is a lovely, thick, warm, textured cowl that lays flat (no stockinette curl). It’s very simple to knit and no shaping is required. All you need is a bulky machine and ribber (and the ability to do a tuck stitch on the main bed) and you can make one in about 1/2 hour.

Since it takes less than a skein of yarn and such a small amount of time and effort, it makes a perfect last-minute gift (or simple addition to your winter wardrobe!)
