This is a pattern for baby or toddler leggings. 2 sizes (9-18months and 1.5-2.5 yrs) it has 2 types of bottoms on the legs (basque as shown in the pictures or bell bottoms)

You can make 1 or 2 eyes for your minion (instructions given for both - in crochet)

You will need:

1 50g ball of yellow
2 50g balls of blue
1 50g ball of black

Small amounts of white, brown and grey

4.00mm circular needles
3.25mm crochet hook
