Construction: The bonnet is started with a square made in a honeycomb-cable pattern that sits on the top of the head. Stitches are picked up along the sides of the square. The honeycomb cable pattern is continued on the sides in 8 row repeats. After the desired length is reached, an i-cord edge is worked along the bottom and top, with straps added.
