Bumblebee Box
A 3-D bee tops this honey of a lidded box.
The bumblebee embellishment is added after the lid is finished.
Gauge is flexible for this project. You will need 1 ball in black and 1 ball in maize.
Additional supplies: Offray wire-edge ribbon, 6/8 inch wide, about a 3-inch length, item 6487W, color Firefly Gold 3, or similar wire-edge ribbon for wings; tapestry needle; liquid starch if desired.
Stitches used: single crochet, double crochet. You will also be working in the back loop only for some rows.
