Beyond the regular leaf pattern, it is a bump result leaf to use as an accessory item. It is a wool project but can also be knit in any type of yarn, make two pieces and sews them together, or do a provisional cast-on. The directions are for the odd rows only on the even rows knit or purl as they appear, and purl all M5 and yarnovers on the even rows, Exceptional M5P needs to K2, P, and K2on the even rows
