Bunchberry (Cornus canadensis) is a type of dwarf Dogwood that is found all across Canada. Bunchberry is found in shady, cool woodlands in the mountains west of Calgary, Alberta. Bunchberry flowers in spring, and sometimes once more in fall. The berries are enjoyed by deer, grouse, and songbirds. The colour of this bright berry is the inspiration for this lacy, cozy stole.
