The Bundle Babies Crochet Pattern is INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED level (in an easy-to-follow format), and knowledge of these techniques will be helpful: magic ring, invisible decrease, treble crochet, double treble crochet, bobble stitches, working in back bumps on chains, invisible join, closing holes, changing yarn colors, yarn under (x-stitch), yarn over (v-stitch), Front loops only, Back loops only.

This listing is for a set of easy-to-follow digital PDF patterns showing how to crochet a large amigurumi baby doll and clothing set (hat, diaper, booties, onesie t-shirt, shorts, pacifier, and plush bunting.) The following are all included!! The digital pattern of the Bundle Babies includes: 56 pages, 375+ full color photos, English US crochet terms, detailed descriptions and instructions. The digital pattern of the Clothing Set includes: 37 pages, 175+ full color photos, English US crochet terms, detailed descriptions and instructions.

If using size 4, worsted weight yarn (I used Red Heart), and a size D (3.25mm) hook, the doll will be around 15” in length. These dolls can be made with any size yarn and hook, as long as you are consistent throughout the pattern, and take into consideration that you will need to adjust sizing of buttons, safety eyes, magnets, printable template, etc. (If you want to use a different brand of yarn for the clothing, there are detailed instructions in the notes of the clothing pattern on checking your gauge to make sure the clothes will be sized correctly.) You will want to use a hook that provides a tight enough tension so that stuffing will not show through your stitches for the doll. Doll is made with Yarn Under (x-stitch), and clothes are made in Yarn Over (v-stitch) with a hook that is 0.50mm larger than the hook you use for the doll.

Supplies needed for this project include:
Size 3.25mm hook (or hook size you prefer for making amigurumi with size 4 yarn),
Size 3.75mm hook (or hook that is 0.50mm larger than the hook used to make your doll),
Size 5.5 - 6.0mm hook for bunting made with size 6 yarn,
Worsted weight yarn (size 4) in preferred skin tone, dark pink or blue, light pink or blue, white,
Super bulky chenille yarn (size 6) (Sweet Snuggles Lite is the preferred yarn) in light blue or pink,
Yarn (size 1 or 2) or Perle cotton (for eyes/eyebrows) - White, and Brown, Dark Brown, or Black,
Stitch markers,
Tapestry needle / embroidery needle,
Fiberfill stuffing (big bag),
12 or 14mm safety eyes (I prefer 14mm, but 12mm will work!) (optional),
9 medium (12-15mm) buttons for diaper,
2 large (24mm) buttons for bunting,
Felt (in tan, light blue, light pink) for Bear Embroidery (optional),
Size 1 yarn or embroidery thread (tan, dark blue, dark pink) for Bear Embroidery (optional),
Poly pellets (to weight the doll’s body),
Old socks or tights to cut up,
3/8” - 1/2” white ribbon for bunting,
craft glue,
4 - 15mm x 2mm Neodymium Earth Magnets (super strong, thin) for the dolls mouth area and pacifier. These are available on Amazon. Regular magnets will NOT be strong enough. (optional) (NOT recommended for small children!!)
