Buneon is a fun and versatile mix of, well, a bunny and a dragon! She comes with different options for flower petals and wing texture, making her even more customizable.

This listing includes both a screen-friendly AND a print-friendly version of the pattern.

Buneon is about 40cm tall, and 60-70cm from her head to the tip of her tail if you use a Super Bulky size 6 yarn. I used Kismet Velvet. Cotton yarn and acrylic yarn will also work, but you might need to adjust placements for sewing.

I used 2 skeins of my main colour, 1 skein of my secondary colour, and a splash of yarn of the third and fourth colour. However, you can create Buneon with between 2 - 4 colours or even more if you’d like.

I also used 35mm safety eyes, but you can also embroider eyes or use any sized safety eyes that look good to you - just adjust the placement.

This pattern is meant for intermediate crocheters or advanced beginners, so you do need to know all of the basic stitches as well as the picot stitch for one of the petal options.
