There will be 2 PDF for this flag. One is the graph and the other is written directions.

On the top of the graph, and in the written directions, it shows a dark blue area. This is done to show you where you fold it over to sew and make the place for it to hang. I kept mine all light blue. If you wanted, you can do the darker blue or any color you chose. It consists of a total of 6 rows.

Mine measured 23 x 13 and was done in HDC MINI C2C using a H 5.0 hook. I used Red Heart Super Saver yarn for the entire project.
