DESCRIPTION

The Bunny Buns Lovey isn’t a blanket or a stuffie…it’s both! Think of the Lovey as a cozy blanket and soft stuffed animal packed into one. They can give kids comfort, security, and emotional support, especially when mom or dad aren’t near by.

The pattern includes two versions. The “he” version has a dapper bowtie at the neck and the blanket edging is finished with the crab stitch. The “she” version edge is finished with a picot stitch that matches the picot stitch used on the puff sleeves of the arms. Both versions have pom-poms in the corners to represent fluffy bunny tails and a “peek-a-boo I love you” sewn to the center on the inside.

The Bunny Buns Lovey is part of the Bunny Buns Collection. This Collection offers “he” and “she” versions for a blanket, pillow cover, wooden handled rattle and mini bunny stuffie. All the items can be mixed and matched for gift giving or for your own nursery.

The Bunny Buns Lovey makes up quickly, looks adorable and can help use up some of your stash.

DIFFICULTY LEVEL
Beginner 3
There are several components for this make. The blanket is straight forward for any beginner. The head, arms and ears are made in the round which requires a little more skill than a beginner, but if you can work in the round, you’ve got this!

The pattern includes a written description for all the special stitches and in some cases YouTube tutorials to provide additional information.
