Bunny Hat
How the Easter Bunny came to be is a bit of a mystery. Some believe it stems from Pagan tradition, with rabbits symbolizing fertility. Others point to German immigrants bringing the Easter time custom to America in the 1700s. Whatever the reason, there’s nothing cuter than a little one you love sporting floppy ears!
This simple, baby knit utilizes basic ribbing and cable patterns, and a bit of piece construction to create a sweet, soft, picture- worthy bunny hat. The ears are knit first, in the round on DPNs, then attached to the brim of the hat.
