I put the skill at intermediate, but once you learn the
stitch pattern, it is easy.

Materials:
Crochet Hook - I / 5.50MM
Yarn - Worsted Weight (4) 20 oz (10 oz of 2 colors of your choice)
I used Red Heart Bunches of Hugs, Dragon - C1 and Capri – C2
Yarn Needle

Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Single Crochet (sc)
Double Crochet (dc)
Triple Crochet (tr)
Skip (sp)
Space (sp)
Stitch/ Stitches (st/sts)
Change to (chgto)

Size: 40 x 40 inches, plus the hood (Fits a newborn to toddler)
Repeat is 5 chs + 2 chs
