This bunny soft toy is an easy pattern with many parts to assemble. The body of the bunny is knit and the overalls are crochet.

• DESCRIPTION

The bunny is easy to make, with intermediate knitters in mind.

Using knit and purl stitches, you will create stocking stitch and it will also introduce you to decreasing and shaping.

This bunny will make a great gift for a new baby.

Yarn

1 x skein of Rico Creative Cotton Aran 50g/85m/93yds in Silver Grey (22).

1 x skein of Rico Creative Cotton Aran 50g/85m/93yds in Nature (60).

1 x skein of Rico Creative Cotton Aran 50g/85m/93yds in Patina (43) - for the overalls.

A small amount of black yarn for the eyes and mouth.

A small amount of pink yarn for the nose.

Any medium-weight yarn.

Needles + Hook

4mm (US 6) straight knitting needles

4mm (US G6) crochet hook

• SKILLS

Level – Intermediate

This is an intermediate level knitting pattern and the techniques involved are the knit stitch, increasing and decreasing.

If you want the bunny to have overalls – some basic crochet knowledge is needed – how to create a chain and single crochet.

• SIZING

Height = 11.5″ (from top of ears to bottom of legs)

Width = 4″ (body not inc arms)
