Designed to represent a sunburst, or a field of daffodils, this pattern is not as tricky as it looks!
It’s easy to memorise and needs just a little concentration when forming the dip stitches.
The pattern works really well using yarn with a slight variation, gradient or speckle. It allows the dip stitch definition to really shine in places.
The finished result is an eye catching sock with texture and flowing lines.
I always like to knit the cuff, heels and toes with a contrasting colour, but you don’t have to do this.
