Butcher Bat Mod
PLEASE READ The Butcher Bat Mod pattern is to be used in conjunction with the Bartholomew Bat pattern, which must be purchased in my Etsy shop. This mod pattern is not a complete pattern to make a bat; the Bartholomew Bat pattern is referenced in the directions to aid in the completion of each modification.
Included are modifications to make 4 Butcher Bats (Creepy Doll, Creepy Camp, Spooky Season, and Nightmare Bats) and a text only version that is printer friendly. Pattern is suitable to be used with any yarn type. All examples in this pattern were completed with worsted weight yarn with a G hook (4-4.5mm). Wings, ears, and hat are sewn to the body, facial details are embroidered with yarn, and hair is attached using the “latch hook” method. A bat can be completed in around 60-90+ minutes. Size and overall look of the finished object will differ depending on yarn used. Also included is a text-only version of the pattern for those who would like to print the pattern without the pictures.
