“Butter and Sugar” because I thought the finished garment looked like the beautiful sweet corn grown here in Central New York State!

Simple to knit shrug, basically a knit rectangle with some eyelets at either end. To make wider, measure upper arm then check against the finished garment measurements (before seaming). Add stitches in multiples of 2 (two stitches are about 5/8”). In addition, if length is an issue, just add on rows to desired length-approximately 5 rows per inch, being sure to end with a purl row.

I was cleaning up yarn from my stash--this took less than the whole skein of Red Heart Super Saver, but slightly more than one skein of Mary Maxim Ultra Mellowspun DK.

I hope you enjoy this pattern!
