Buttercup Cowl
This cowl is worked in the flat for the bottom and tops edges and in the round for the body. It features a latticed garter slip edge. The pattern is a cross-cultural blend of inspirations: the Shetland tradition of blending for the background, the Swedish traditional patterns and bold colours, and the South Asian lattice art. The cowl comes in two colourways: one which reminds me of the gay and bubbly Swedish summer meadows (the green/Swedish colourway) and one which reminds me of the majestic Greenlandic bead art (the red/Greenlandic colourway).
