This is a pattern for a baby blanket or afghan in lace design with a ruffled trim made with light worsted (category 3) yarn and size G/6 (4.25 mm) crochet hook.

The finished blanket measures approximately 38 by 31 inches. And about 1200 yards of yarn needed.
This pattern can easily be adjusted to a bigger or smaller size. The multiple for the stitch is included in the pattern.

The skill level is beginner.
