Butterflies is a top-down, circular yoke sweater featuring lace stitch.
Gradual increases are made in the yoke up to the sleeves that will be put on hold onto holder or scrap yarn and then resumed later.
This way there will be no seams.
Sample in photos is knit in a merino yarn alternating with 2 threads of silk / mohair yarn held together
The pattern is based on the alternation of these two yarns and on a simple lace stitch throughout the sweater.
The lace stitch looks like a small butterfly, hence the name of the pattern.
“Butterflies” comes in 10 sizes (from 80 to 170 cm 31.4 to 66.9” bust circumference).

Questo modello è lavorato in tondo dall’alto verso il basso, si eseguono degli aumenti graduali nello sprone fino ad arrivare alle maniche che verranno messe in sospeso su un filo per poi essere riprese successivamente.
Non ci sono cuciture
Abbiamo usato un filato di merino alternato a due capi di filato in seta/mohair.
Il modello è giocato proprio sull’alternanza di questi due filati e su un punto traforato semplice distribuito su tutta la maglia.
Il punto traforato ricorda una piccola farfalla, da qui nasce il nome del modello.
Nel pattern sono disponibili 10 taglie (da 80 a 170 cm di circonferenza busto), la guida alle taglie e la tabella nel PDF ti aiuteranno a scegliere la vestibilitá che preferisci.
