CROCHET BUTTERFLY

Skill Level – Beginner/Intermediate

Great project for adding embellishments to hats and clothing, making decorations or ornaments, small gifts, fridge magnets and many more uses. Uses small amounts of thread and works very well for cleaning out your ‘scrap pile.’

Butterfly measures approximately 6 cm
(2.375”) wide and 4 cm (1.5”) high when complete.

MATERIALS
Bedspread Weight Cotton Thread (Size 10):
2 grams (13 yards)

1.65mm (U.S. #7) steel crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge.

GAUGE:
9 DC = 2.5cm (1”)
4 Rows of DC = 2.5cm (1”)
