All colors of rainbow are hidden in this little butterfly applique. Using this colorful applique you could easly embellished your clothes, blankets, bags… :-)

Reccommended material:
Yarn weight: Sport / 5 ply (12 wpi) 100% cotton
e.g. Catania Solids by Schachenmayr SMC, Yardage: 136 yards (124 meters)
Unit weight: 50 grams (1.76 ounces), Gauge: 26.0 sts = 4 inches

Colors: you will need quite small amount of these colors: 222 light pink, 114 hot pink, 105 beige, 110 black, 236 pistachio, 205 apple green, 146 turquoise, 115 red.
Hook: 3 mm

Other material: needle with blunt tip, tiny buttons average 6 mm, common sewing threads, one flower button average 1,5 cm (0,6 inches) by Dress it up, Toho beads cubes size 6/0 .

Tip: you could also use yarn called Miami by Red Heart (Coats) It is same yarn as Catania.

Measurement of finished applique: height 9 cm ( 3.5 inches) without feelers x width 8 cm (3.15 inches). Please remember, that if you will use another material, the size of finished creation will be different.

Level of the pattern: intermediate, basic skills of crocheting are needed.
