Butterfly-away socks was designed for a great Ravelry member and pattern designer, who is fighting Ovarian Cancer for the 2nd time. She’s beat it once and now she’s fighting to beat it again! There is an ongoing KAL as a virtual hug and support for her. But I thought I could take it a bit further and design a sock pattern for her.

This pattern’s purpose is to increase awareness and raise funds so that a cure may be found. All proceeds will go to Ovations for the Cure

This is a toe-up pattern, and due to the nature of the lace pattern, cannot be switched to top down format.
