The hat is 7x20.5 using Red Heart Soft Yarn. This yarn does not have as much elastic fit as normal worsted weight yarn.

1 Rhinestone Button and thread needle and thread
Yarn Needle for weaving in ends
Stitch Marker if needed
If you need the hat longer then 7 inches from top to ear just repeat a row.
