Butterfly Garden Afghan
A beautiful pattern for spring/summer time. This pattern is more intermediate/advanced. Photos are given to show stitch placement. This pattern has been tested by many others and I also offer support if needed.
While the afghan I made uses solid sections on the ends and lattice sections in the middle, this pattern is written to easily change sections around to allow for a wide variety of looks. Whether you like mostly lattice, or mostly solid or even alternating the flower sections with the Lattice sections - it can be done.
The pattern is written for a baby size afghan with instructions on how to adjust to any size you would like.
The amount of yarn will depend on the finished size. I chose to use Bernat Softee Baby and also Caron Simply Soft as I like the feel of them for babies. I would suggest not using thicker yarns as it can take away the detail of the design.
This pattern has been tested by many experienced crocheters for accuracy.
Please be sure to read the instructions closely. If for some reason you have trouble, please email me at craftingfriends4you@yahoo.com and I’ll be happy to help.
