This is a neck warmer that is double knit and uses increases for shaping to flare over the shoulders. The neck warmer is fully patterned so it can be worn decoratively over the coat as well as under. It is meant to be functional as well as beautiful so the knit gauge is fairly tight but not tight enough to become stiff after washing.
The sizing starts from 41 cm/16” circumference around the neck, 5 cm/2” larger than the average woman’s neck circumference, and increases to 51 cm/20” then 61 cm/24”.
