Butterfly Pea
Butterfly Pea (Clitoria ternatea)
Butterfly Pea is one of my designs that I used to knit for charity from 2016. I re-arranged the Butterfly Stitch (also known as Bowknot Stitch) and made the pattern Butterfly Pea. A simple and effortless knit design, easy to knit fun, gift or travel.
Details:
Skills: k, p, k2tog, ssk,
Yarn: NEVELINE Silke By Arvier Color 20 50g 150m 60% Mohair 40% Acrylic
Estimated Finished Size: 47cm circumference x 23cm height (without blocking)
Estimated Yarn Consumption: 35g
Needles and Others: 4.5mm x 40cm circular / 4.5mm x 17cm double pointed knitting needles
Size: One size only. I usually knit loosely. If you knit tightly, you can use needles of a larger size. Besides, as the number of pattern repeats may not be changed easily, I suggest using needles of a smaller or larger size for minor size adjustments.
I knit for cancer patients, elderlies and animals, and all Hat Patterns are designed for charity. Your purchase means your support to me. If you are a charity knitter, just leave a comment and I will send the pattern as a gift and my support to you. Thank you!
The Butterfly Pea is the 44th pattern of “Memory 50”.
”Memory 50” is a special project to myself, for myself - to publish 50 patterns before Mid-September 2020.
I know it sounds crazy, but I’ll give it my best shot.
