This woolen cup cozy is the perfect way to dip your fingers into colorwork knitting, even if you’ve never tried it before! Using only small amounts of yarn and with an optional felting tutorial, you can make one for all your friends and pair them with a reuseable cup or a gift card.

I have given instructions for making one size and have provided measurements both before and after felting. While any yarn can be used to knit this project, if you want to felt your cozy, make sure that you choose a wool yarn that is NOT superwash. I have also provided instructions for a 2 color version that is 8 rounds shorter and may be a better choice if you are not planning to felt your finished piece.
