BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CROCHET SKILLS IS NEEDED.
what you will need:
yarn: I used YELLOW, CONTRAST COLOR (I used LIGHT BLUE), WHITE, PINK
hook size to match yarn weight: I used a “G” hook
stitch marker
poly-fil for stuffing
scissors
yarn needle
pins to hold while attaching pieces
safety eyes
abbreviations:
mr-magic ring
ch-chain
sc-single crochet
hdc-half double crochet
hdc 3rd loop-hdc in 3rd loop (link provided)
sc in 3rd loop (link provided)
ss-slip stitch
inc-increase
dec-decrease
rpt-repeat
rnd-round
crab stitch (link provided)
sk-skip
F/O-fasten off
notes:
- this pattern is worked in continuous rounds & US terms
- I use the yarn over technique, using a different may throw sts off
- I use the invisible decrease technique
- when changing colors either, you can cut each time, or you can carry it behind
- I did not stuff mine too firm, it is better if it is a bit squishy
- I used “I Love This Yarn”
- I used a size “G” hook
- I used 14 mm eyes
