This pattern was inspired by the Join the Love group (https://www.facebook.com/?ref=tn_tnmn#!/JointheLove.page?...) on Facebook. I first came up with this pattern when making squares to contribute for a baby boy’s memory blanket; I didn’t have any patterns with me, and just decided to see what I could come up with! And it just so happens that the baby boy’s name was Chance, so this square is named in honor of him ♥.

The yarn and hook are simply suggestions, and if you use a thicker or thinner yarn, you will need to adjust the hook size accordingly, and you can easily add rounds or change Rnd 7 to sc or dc (instead of the hdc specified) in order to obtain your desired size.
