Both hat and mittens include corrugated ribbing done on the diagonal, Finnish purling, and Latvian Braid. The three-color section in the mittens can be worked in either duplicate stitch or intarsia

8 stitches to the inch produces a mitten 8 inches in circumference, which fits a women’s size medium to large hand. Length of the mitten hand is easily adjustable.
