Feeling vulnerable, frustrated, and powerless? Need something to do in this time of isolation and uncertainty? Take a stab at these little charms.

While making these, I found it cathartic to repeatedly stab through these little effigies, modeled off of the CDC graphic, but the smell of the lavender flowers that I stuffed inside them calms me down as I check recent stats on the CDC website.
