This listing includes the “Simple Saguaro Baby Blanket” pdf as a free download! The Flowering Saguaro and the Simple Saguaro are identical except for the flower style and placement so you’ll be able to choose which works best for you and easily follow that design.

Infuse a touch of Southwestern magic and discover the joy of crochet with the C2C (corner to corner) Flowering Saguaro Baby Blanket Pattern. This cute pattern combines the elegance of desert flora with the warmth and comfort perfect for any baby.

The pixel graph is 45 blocks wide x 51 blocks tall and is worked from the bottom/right to the top/left of the chart.

Using a 5.00mm/US size H-8 hook and Worsted Weight (#4) yarn, the finished blanket is approximate 30” x 34” before adding a border.

The blanket uses 4 Colors of Knit Picks Mighty Stitch in the following amounts:

MC (Oyster): 886 yds (426 gms)
CAC (Alfalfa): 144 yds (69 gms)
FP (Fruit Punch): 8 yds (4 gms)
FC (Sunflower): 2 yds (1 gms)

Optional Border (5 rounds of sc): 136 yds (65 gms)

Yarn usage is approximate and will vary depending on the yarn you choose and your personal gauge.

This is an EASY level pattern but knowledge of C2C/Diagonal Box Stitch is required. If you are unfamiliar with C2C or need a brush up, links to some of my favorite tutorials are included in the pattern.

Your PDF file will include:

Basic C2C directions
1-page graph
1-page uncolored graph with symbols
