I just love crocheting the linen stitch, it is a nice stitch to use with variegated yarns.
My sister-in-law gets me to make her dishcloths that she sells to raise money for cancer research. I got tired of crocheting plain square ones, so made up this C2C pattern. I find it works up quicker, and I think it uses a bit less yarn than a square one.
I used Bernat Handicrafter cotton and made 16 dishcloths from one big ball.
The dishcloth starts at the bottom corner, increases to the desired width, then decreases to the top corner.
