C2C (Corner to Corner) PAWPRINT AFGHAN
You will need to already know how to make a basic corner to corner afghan and how to make color changes in order to make this afghan. This pattern also includes written instructions & photos to show how to make color changes.
This is a row by row written pattern, each row gives the number of blocks of each color in order to make the pattern. It is NOT a graph so you will not need to count using a graph or have to worry about direction (I’ve done that for you). Just follow the rows and the number of color blocks given for that row.
This piece is reversible and will look the same on both sides.
This written pattern is designed so that you start in the lower corner and work diagonally out just like a regular c2c (except with color changes), then decreases (decrease rows are marked for you) without having to count blocks on a graph as you go.
This pattern is 39 blocks wide x 32 blocks high (or 30” wide x 25” high) without a border using a K hook.
Uses 2 Colors for the design. Use your choice of 2 contrasting colors of Red Heart Super Saver 5 oz. skeins (2 skeins of one color for background, 1 skein of contrasting color for paw print).
This throw would be a beautiful gift for any animal lover!
