Have you ever notices how delicate the cables C2F and C2B are? I really, really love the cables that can be knit using only these two cable stitches. This blanket was designed with these two cable stitches and I love how it turned out!

Each of these sections can be knit in different order, as long as you keep track of your moss stitch border. This pattern was written for changing colours for each section, but it can totally be knit with on solid colour.

Also, included in the pattern are links to two video tutorials on how to work the cable stitch without a cable needle. This blanket would be a great pattern to practice! You can knit so much quicker without a cable needle.

This knitting pattern comes in 6 different sizes from a security blanket to an afghan size:
Security: 14” (35.5 cm) x 19” (48 cm)
Stroller:28” (71 cm) x 36” (91.5 cm)
Lap: 36”(91.5 cm) x 48” (122 cm)
Receiving:40” (102 cm) x 40” (102 cm)
Toddler:43” (109 cm) x 54” (137 cm)
Afghan:48” (122 cm) x 60” (152.5 cm)

This blanket was designed with Knit Picks Swish Worsted weight yarn. However, any worsted weight yarn will work if you get the right gauge.

Yardage: (This is the yardage required for each blanket. The individual section yardage is broken down in the pattern)
