This cowl came from a desire to marry a sampling of yarns from a local yarn Dyer, Valhalla Farm. Our LYS featured the Dyer and a local wine company and we had a yarn/wine tasting. The name came from the blend that was a huge hit!

I paired several of Summer’s bases- fingering, DK and worsted with a lovely mohair and knit away, creating a soft, simple cowl perfect for gifts and easy knitting adventures
