This top-down cape is sized for adults Small/Medium and also Large/X-Large. It features a I-cord at the neckline to help keep it in place and because I like using them! There is also an I-Cord at the hand slits.

The overall length is 26.5 inches and Width is 57 inches.

There are two options for height of hand slits. Just because.

And now there are two size choices! Both of my test knitters wanted to use worsted weight yarn and that definitely makes for a larger size! So now there is a Large/X-Large size. Just use larger needles with the larger yarn. Yes, that is included with the pattern. And, of course, a few more yards. Works for me! Thanks folks.

You will need seven buttons, a cable needle, and a craft needle to sew in the ends.

While I used James C. Brett Happiness baby DK, any (3) DK weight yarn may be used for the gauge of 25 stitches and 31 rows for four (4) inches for the largest size needle used.

If you plan on using a worsted weight yarn, you will still use the same gauge for the (US) Size 7.

Any questions, feel free to ask! I will do my best to get you a satisfactory answer.

Thank you for choosing my pattern!
